BIOS. HDD not detected

Hi guys,

I just replaced my PSU with Thermaltake Toughpower Gold 850W and when I powered on the system, the message in the beginning showed that my Boot device was not detected. So I did some quick search and the first thing I tried was to check whether all my hardwares were properly connected.
I found out that my first HDD bay power connector was broken off, so I moved all 3 of my HDD down by one slot. For example:
Before:
1. hdd#1
2. hdd#2
3. hdd#3
4. empty
5. empty
After:
1. empty
2. hdd#1
3. hdd#2
4. hdd#3
5. empty
After I have done the above, I turned on the power and it booted fine.
But I realized that hdd#2 and #3 were not detected in the window.
So I checked the bios and those two hdds were shown as "not detected"
I rebooted the system and this time, none of my hdds were detected.
Now after 3 days, the bios is still showing not detected for all hdds except for DVD-rom.

Please help....one of my hdd exploded during the process of swapping bay later on.
Thanks,

Double check all your power/data cables are seated properly. If you already did, triple check. One data cable at a time, follow it from the MoBo to the Drive to make sure it's not somehow pulling loose.

What do you mean when you say the HDD power connector was broken? The port on the end of the PSU or the connection point on the Drive? New PSU or did you get one used from a friend?

Also, define "HDD exploded".

My psu was brand new and my hdd was fried actually with boom sound with smoke. I inserted hdd while the power was still on. For the connector, it's the part where sata cable meets the hdd. The plastic support that allows the sata cable to hold its position broke, so the cable head was hanging loose.
