Bios Help

Hello, does anyone here know how to acess the bios on an Emachines W3611 computer? According to cpuz, it has an Intel D945GCL mobo, a P4 processor 3.0Ghz Cedar Mill LGA 775 cpu, and Intel Bios version CF94510J.15A.0028.2006.1213.1629, and the date for it is 12/13/2006. According to cpuz it is running at 2.9ghz, and i wanted to see if i could at least get it up to 3.4ghz-3.6ghz. Thank you far any help!

Read the BIOS messages how to come in Setup, before OS boot. For example: Press F2 to Setup, Press Del to Setup, Press F12 to Setup, etc.

The BIOS are probably locked (Donne my the manufacturer to stop you from breaking your computer) so you probably can't change it.

If they created a password or someone else did, a CMOS reset could erase that.

I can. They don't completely block you from accessing it, but usually just block the voltages + overclocking functions, if it has any.
