Bios >> Need Help <<

So my friend was supposed to be back in town and help me putting my computer together and do the Bios on and everything on it. I am not sure if it is something so simplisitic as to post it on here, though I am hoping it is. Any help or a link to a legit page would help and be greatly appreciated. What exactly do you need help with m8?

Thanks for the input. My friend told me I was over thinking the bios part and not to worry about it.
