bios not reading hardrives

ok i have 3 hardrives hooked up on my computer and when i start up my computer my bios will tell me what all hardware is attached and there is 4 slots

primary master
primary slave

secondary master
secondaryslave

and i got the jumpers all set right but its only pulling up 2 of my hardrives and some times it will only pull up one so i have to keep reseting it till the other one shows up but no mater how many times i restart my computer the 3rd hardrive just wont show up so can some one help me with my problem?

I cant quite answer your question however why not just go out and purchase 1 hard drive instead of hooking up 3? I can understand 2 but 3..

one i use for my operating system and the second one i use for storige of pics and music and the 3rd i just need some stuff off of it but i cant get the damn thing to show up

the one for my music and shit is 200 GB the one for my operatiog system is like 20 GB i tihnk and the one i need some shit from is like 13GB
