Bios update advice

hi guys i downloaded a bios update file for a fujitsu motherboard

the file is meant to be a linux based boot disc, but it came down as an SH file extension is anyone familiar with this file type and can you give me any advice on how to use it

hey trem im doing it as a last resort got a desktop ive rebuilt that is randomly restarting, ive checked and ran diags on all the components and they come back fine and it only happens in windows, if i run a boot disc it never shuts off
