I have an old computer with a Celeron Mendecino 433, and I have a Phoenix BIOS. I've read that the Mendecino's can OC decently, not by multipliers becasue they are locked, but by upping the FSB. The only obstacle for me now is that my BIOS is so old that it doesn't a lot of things to change, including the FSB. I don't know a lot about the BIOS, but how can I upgrade it or flash (?) it to be a higher version. The computer is an HP 6465 Any help would be appreciated.
