BIOS WONT LOAD, CPU FAN RUNS FAST

so i tried to flash update the bios or w.e, seemed to complete fine but when i went to restart the computer, the fan would turn on and run at higher speed than ive seen, and no power light at the front of the computer is on.... tried taking out the ram, tried unplugging all power sources, tried unplugging battery for 30 seconds to restart bios. dont know what to do/
 
What motherboard do you have? It properly has a feature for this.
Asus and MSI calls it Bios Flashback.

and the repair cost if warranty doesnt cover it is like 210$ which in my oppinion since i bought it for like 400 is not worth it... so i dont know, ill probably just try to save up n get something else, definitely staying away from acer.... you live and you learn, i guess.
