Bitlocker

I have installed Adobe Photoshop CS6. Instead of opening I get these message blocks. I have never heard of bitlocker before and have no idea how to get PS to open. Please advise.

BitLocker locks a whole system and uses either a very long key or, more commonly, a USB stick to unlock the system.

Once into windows, the key can be removed and stored securely elsewhere.

Nothing in the above suggests you are using BitLocker.

OK, any idea why I get the messages I do and can't proceed to Photoshop?

That does not seem like a bitlocker issue. What files are you trying to open?

I have installed a program, Photoshop. When I try to open the program I get those messages and then it doesn't open-it closes.

Are you trying to open the base program or an image?

Uninstall and re install Photoshop. Unless there is a repair mode. You could try that first.

Try right clicking the icon and click on "run as admin".
I assume this isn't a bootleg copy.

Not bootleg, a well paid for legal academic copy. I'm too poor to pay a fine and too old to go to jail.
