I noticed BitTorrent is behind a firewall, thus it won't download anything. I tryed everything for my firewall (Norton) to permit Torrent but it still won't go threw. I even went as far as shutting Norton down and it still won't go through. Any ideas?
 
are you using windows firewall too? that may be your problem, disable the windows firewall if it isn't already. norton should show a windows when you connect to a peer or a seed to ask whether you want to allow the connection or not.
also, you need to bear in mind that you need peers and seeds in order to download files when using bit torrent; if you dont have this nothing will happen
 
Windows Firewall is off. Oh and I tryed using BitComet and it is working fine now. Norton asked me if I wanted to permit or block and I chose permit and everything seemed to be running smoothly but then after a couple of minutes it went to 0kb/s for forever.
