i am experiencing NAT problems even though i dont have a router. I tryed number of diffrent ports and tryed disabling firewall and lowering the computer safety level but it still blocks my NAT. Any suggestions on fixing this?

ya, you gotta forward the port you want to use. it doesnt just magically happen

ive been reading up on that a while ago and attempted to do that. I went to the windows security center [i have windows xp by the way] and went to firewall then to "exceptions" then add port inputed like 53829 and some other stuff for TCP then retryed. still didnt work

you gotta configure your router to forward the port to your computer

unless your router is configured, the port isn't making it to windows firewall in the first place.

look and see what your router is, then google "brand/model port forwarding" there will be step by step directions.
