BIX 360 Fitting Issues.

I got the BIX 360 Extreme Radiator for my birthday and I finally got around to getting the DD FatBoy Fittings on it. For some reason the 1/2" fittings won't fit in the 1/2" fitted radiator. They fit in somewhat, but they don't get near to the point where the O-ring is being pressured.

Have you taken them out and tried to put them back in? You need to put them in straight for them to go in right. It also requires you use a wrench of some sort to tighten them, but it shouldnt take a whole lot of effort to it.

Also, link to the exact place you bought rad and fittings would be helpful.

Sure, here are some videos, each one shows one socket (first one you don't have to watch the whole thing). Lemme get them all uploaded, then I'll post 'em.

That's what she said... or he said.

Dont be bumping after 20min, you should know better:P

Take a wrench to it, see what happens. Just know when enough force is enough.

Sorry about the bump, I had two different things open and I thought this was what I wanted to bump.

It kind of seems like the fitting isn't screwing in at a right angle to the radiator, just a bit off. Maybe when they threaded it, they got the alignment wrong?

Its a possibility, i'd give the manufacturer a call about it.

Problem Resolved

The radiator was part of a mis-drilling or something of the sort. They told me to use a wrench and create part of the thread that was missing using one of the fittings. It worked without one of them breaking, but they decided to send me two FB fittings for my troubles. I don't have use for them... still, they look nice :D
