Black screen after OC

Hi all,
Since I got this mobo, I was able to OC my 8400 only 1 time, to 3.5ghz, but now every time I OC it, the screen goes black and the PC turns on and off (I need to clear CMOS to make it work). Even the 0.5 option (it OCs it to 3.16) doesn't work.
I have tried to update the bios, but it was for nothing.
Help?

What temps are you getting at stock clocks at load? Also that's not a great motherboard for overclocking.

It seems it is a bios issue, not temps. Flash bios to the version that you had when it worked.

I'll try that.
Note: After it worked the MB fell off and a sata port died.
