H HELP_ME New Member Sep 16, 2006 #1 i powered up my computer and everything was fine for a few minutes then a black sreen appeared. the only thing was a cursor. i can't pull up task manager or anything. i just need to know if there is a way to shut off or restart the computer.

Burgerbob Active Member Sep 16, 2006 #2 Power button. Press it for about 5 seconds and it will turn off.
