Bleep sound, please help

I have a desktop computer. It makes this sound every few minutes. 9 out of ten times it is only 1 bleep but the other time it is 2 bleeps. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thank you in advance.

I did record it but when I went to attach the file I received an error message that it was the wrong format. It is a mkv (video) file. It opens in media player. Please advise.

Do you have access to a file sharing site such as google drive, dropbox, mediafire? You can upload it there and give us the link for it.

This would be exponentially easier just uploading it to youtube or something.

1. Click on the little gear icon in user settings (lower left of the screen)
2. Click on Notifications on the left menu
3. Scroll down and turn "Message" off
