Block any web page but one: doesn't work!

Hi everybody.

I need to prevent people from going to any web pages, except about 1 to 5 specific web pages. I'm trying to set up a fake proxy server and some web pages as exception.

I get a message that tells that it's impossible to connect to the web page. The problem is that also get this message with the web pages that are in my exception list (ProxyOverride).

Can you tell me what I do wrong? (see below)

In [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]:

Try adding localhost to ProxyOverride?
