Blocked file names

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help me.

I know it is possible to do this, but I don't know how! How can you stop non-admin users running certain file names in Windows XP? As in, they can't run ypager.exe for example?

Not really sure as limited users can *DO* certain stuff but anyways i used to use this tool its pretty awesome
