Blocking e-mails from IP

In Mozzila thunderbird is there a way you can block a certian IP from sending you messages? I get a lot of spam from three different IP's all the time, want to block it out.
 
Thanks, Actuall i suddenly jsut started to recieve a ton of spam, I guess after two years of being spam free I made a mistake somewhere and it went though a spam adress selling ring **sigh** but now I',m just using BoxTrapper Spam Trap where you have to vertify your a human(just reply to message) to be whitelisted.
