Grand Theft Auto; you go on a killing spree and feel much better :P. But any game that doesn't make you rage and involves some sort of adrenaline rush will do the trick. Whether it be building things in Gmod (well that's not that stimulating lol...) or killing people in Call of Duty (as long as you are prepared to get mad when someone gets a crappy kill on you) you will eventually be contented with your actions.

Grand Theft Auto is pretty good for letting out anger (just don't go too wild haha). I would recommend games where you can just destroy stuff like Doom 3 or a similar game.

Yeah, Im usually better at TF2 when im mad lol.
Except occasionally, I dont do well and then i just get a lot more mad.

Its risky business. ;)
 
I'll play the finales in l4d on expert when I'm really pissed. Man killing hundreds of zombies helps stress like you wouldn't believe.
 
I usually play some CoD4 or 5 and listen to some as i lay dying. Nothing really gets my goat though so i'm almost never pissed off.
 
Rock Band does it for me. Nothing like hearing some great tunes and getting a decent workout while doing it...
 
Cod4 is excellent for that. You find a team deathmatch game with friendly fire on and use martydom and keep killing yourself around teammates. Relieves your anger and entertains you when the rest of the team gets angry :)
 
I like using Company of Heroes. Nothing like dropping artillery on a bunch of infantry and watching the kibble fly as the survivors dive for cover :P
 
I like call of duty world at war, nothing better than taking headshots with a mosin-nagant and hearing the satisfying "ping" of the headshot:P Other than that.... i would have to say free for all- call of duty 4- killhouse or shipment.

Ahh... Nothing like a half a dozen Calliope's raining fire. Or two players maxed out with Howitzers. :D

I love the ability that uses every single piece of artillery you have and just drop it on their base or a bunker!
