Blu-ray desktop probs

Hi,
I have recently added a Lg blu-ray drive to my desktop, I have installed power dvd9 advanced which should play the blu-rays fine.
The problem that I am having is that the disks play at 1/10th speed.
I have done a firmware update on the drive.
I am running vista ultimate, quad core processor, 4gb high speed ram. So hardware should be fine.
Any help and advice would be much appreciated,

i have a ATI Radeon HD 4600 series graphics card which should be good enough to play blu-rays, when you said about the graphics card did you mean its setup or that it may not be good enough.
