Blu-Ray has already hit Japan for HDTV recording and they have cds from 27 gb all the way to 57gb wow!!

This should be out later this year to the whole public. the price though I haven't a clue. The blue lazer is used to burn the data instead of the red beam that is currently used. The blue beam is less than half as thick as the red lazer so this means that it can put quite a bit more info an a disk. I don't know if you need certain disks or if all will work though.
