Blue Flashing Standby Light

alright hey guys..hopefully someone can help me out.. ive had a gateway gt5252 desktop for a couple months now and i can no longer stand the BRIGHT blue flashing power light that flashes when my computer goes into standby... it lights up my whole room and cant sleep with it flashin. i know i can jus turn it off but id rather not.. just wonderin if there is anyway to make it not flash...or else i hate to do it but im just gonna take a black sharpie to it

try fn f1 when it is on...

io would just use electrical tape

You could easily disconnect the light completely so it doesn't come on anymore
