Hi !
I have assembled a new pc with following configuration:
CPU : INTEL DUAL CORE G620 2.6 ghz
MB : ASUS P8H61MLX3
HDD : WD 500 GB SATA
RAM : DDR 3 (1333) 4GB
GRAPHICS : ASUS GEFOREC 210 (1GB)
OS : WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL.
Now there is a problem which is a recurring one also. The PC goes restarted suddenly and frequently.
Before restarting, a blue screen appears with the following message and then the PC goes restarted.
“A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntkrnlpa.exe
QUOTA_UNDERFLOW
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.
Technical Information:
*** STOP: 0x00000021 (0x87049a00, 0x00000002, 0x00040010, 0x0003b8ba)
*** ntkrnlpa.exe - Address 0x82eb2971 base at 0x82e41000 DateStamp 0x4a5bc007”
Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
