Blue Screen: Clock Interval

"A clock interrupt was not recieved on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval"

I have done extensive research on this problem and I can't seem to get around it. The computer will blue screen randomly.

I have
  • Reinstalled window
  • Reset hardware
  • Updated the Bio
  • Cleared the CMOS
  • Updated the bios again

I did this build for my mom before I left for the 3rd year of college. She has been having problems with it, so she has taken it to her Tech guy at a computer store. He said the problem was the motherboard, so my mom got a new one from the warranty. Same problem exists and I have done everything short of trying a new processor/Mobo.
Anyone got any help?

Lets see what the blue screens say.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Is it an i3 processor by chance? I had a customers Dell Inspiron (less than 6 months old) and it would BSoD with the same error. Dell replaced everything except the CPU twice and it didn't fix it. We knew it was a bad CPU to begin with but Dell wouldn't send a replacement. They eventually just replaced the machine.

No, it's a PHenom 9800.

Turns out the board doesn't support 9800 models that are not OEM. Oh well, live and learn. Good news is that we got a refund from the computer store that said it was a motherboard issue because we were not "satisfied" with their work. Ended up getting another phenom X4 that works with the board for $30 after the service/support refund. Works great now.
