Blue screen help

Windows 7 upgraded to windows 10 update put computer into blue screen loop. Repair screen does not come up I downloaded windows repair tool off windows website onto dvd. Put dvd into computer tryed to boot from dvd will not let me.

Install fresh windows 10. Should activate no issue.

Burn the .ISO to a USB drive with rufus (it's free).

Next to get a command prompt by typing shift+F10.

From here run the repair master boot record command.

bootrec /RebuildBcd
