I have done a fair few formats which I have installed nothing but:
Windows XP Home (Legit)
Motherboard drivers (Default install from original CD)
ADSL Modem
MS Office (Legit)
CC Cleaner
PC Tools Antivirus/Firewall/Maleware-Spyware
Creative Zen Vision:M Driver
Service Pack 3
Net 2.0
ATI Catalyst
Steam with CSS
and World of Warcraft.
*Apart from service pack, I have not installed any other Microsoft updates*
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Technical Information
***Stop:0x000000D1 (0x00000008, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF7301c10)
***NDFS.sys - Address F7301C10 base at F72EC000. Datestamp 48025D03
This is the information when logged back on Windows from the 'Recovered from a serious error' message box.
BCCode : 100000d1 BCP1 : 00000008 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : F7301C10 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 768_1
Everything loads up fine, when the loading bar reaches 99/100% (For logging into Warcraft) the screen freezes, then the infamous BSoD appears! Also, the screen also appears when I try to refresh the server list from CSS.
(STEAM By itself can load the serverlist fine without CSS installed, but when it is, it starts crashing)
Sometimes I get to load the game, runs perfectly fine, no glitches whatsoever. But when I log out and try log back in, 9 times out of 10, I get the screen. I can join games through friends list fine, but whenever I try to refresh the server list, it instantly appears.
I have done formats in the past and so far I have had no issue whatsoever regarding the Blue Screen. The only difference this time is that, I have the x1650 card.
