Blue screen (Not BSOD)

I took a look through the forums but couldn't find anything close to what I was looking at and I tried this damp cloth to monitor thing but I don't know where to look for this stuck pixel.

Anyway, here is what happens:

I will be sitting here, doing whatever, and my right monitor will suddenly go all blue. It's gone all green I think it was, once before too, relatively recent.

It makes it hard to see much of anything cause of the weird colouring. I have turned the computer off and on. Updated drivers. Unplug and plug in. Check for bent pins. Nothing.

It just does it and it went away last time, a while later, but it is annoying and I'd like to know if it's an issue just waiting to become a problem (like the monitor dying and I have to buy a new one.).

It's an LG L206WTQ, bought August 07. Anyone ever get this before?

(Update)

I just took my VGA end from the monitor, hooked it up to my laptop's VGA port and it showed up fine, correct colouring and what not.

Should this make me believe my video card needs replacing?

what that does as it eliminates it being the Screen so the next thing to test would be the Video card needs replacing

I also swapped the little DVI / VGA adapter.

I just took it to my dads computer, who is using the GeForce 9800GT OC 512MB and when I plugged it in with the adapter, it showed up perfectly fine. My laptop, same thing, fine.

The thing is, I am using Dual monitors, and only my secondary monitor connection is doing it, not this monitor which I am typing this on, any idea why?

Alright, this is the third time now.

I just switched which DVI port I plug it onto on my video card.
Put it on my laptop using VGA, works fine.
Put it on my dad's computer, on same video card model, and later on, on a NVIDIA card, works fine.
I switched the plug cable.
I cleaned my video card out really good.

Doesn't do it all the time as I said, only third time now. The thing is, it lasts for undetermined time and therefore is annoying. It's the LG L206WTQ-DF. Anyone have a similar model and had this happen?
