I have tried the installation many many times. Please help me this is really starting to piss me off. This is a new computer never been used.

is it a custom built? if so it could be caused by a bad motherboard, bad ram, or overheating.

You know I thought so too. I tried to change the video card didn't do anything and I tried to change the ram that did something now I got a new error.

Run a memory test. Download Memtest86, it's ISO to create a bootable CD. Boot to it and it automatically runs. Let it run a good 10 or 11 passes. You should see no failure if good. Any failures will show up in read you'll see what i mean.. :)

I had the same error as your first one when installing xp pro oem but then I tried xp home and it installed perfectly, I never understood why but it works now.

In a way yes, but it is too slow for me. I still need to fix the problem that is causeing me to disable it, but I'm giving up for now. I'm using my board that was messed up.
