Blue screen of death

If someone comes across a blue screen of death how can you fix that? Its when the computer shuts down trying to save any major things happening to it, I'm sure someone understands what I'm saying. Please help.

Can you be any more specifics? Error codes? Does it tell to "STOP" anything? What's it say?

It just says its dumping physical memory and doesn't really do anything other than just shutdown the computer. And its not as simple as formatting the C drive because there's a lot of much needed information on it. But unable to access because this annoying screen always pops up.

Does it have any numbers like: Error Code 0x000033 or something like that?

I believe it said something like "KERNEL 32 DLL"

lol yeah, thank god its not my actual computer but just wondering about ways to poss get this fixed.
