Have you tried updating all your drivers? Other than that, I'm not sure whats going on.

To the OP

Now the John has ensured its not malware, please download PC wizard from my sig and install it. Run it and go to FILE, SAVE AS and click OK. Copy the text out of that file into this thread. Also take the side of your computer and record the exact model and brand of your Power Supply Unit.

Post all of that information into this thread.
