Blue screen of death

I just replaced my mobo, cpu and ram,(to the sig) and now after bios check I go straight to the blue dcreen of death....i've triple checked all of my connections and am completely lost....any help appreciated!
 
160 gig segate SATA

Don't know if this helps or not, but the death error is:

***stop 0x0000007b (0xf78a2528, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
