I am getting the blue screen of death when I try to startup my windows 2000 machine. It saying it has an inaccessible_boot_device. This happened after one of my start ups acted wierd not showing any icons and I shut off the computer then turned it on. One suggestion is to run chkdsk /f but I can't load into safe mode without getting this screen when it trys to load.

You can borrow one...
I can't think of any other way you can fix your problem.
I don't think there is other way...
Sorry.

It starts booting into Windows, it showing the windows 2000 boot screen just stops at the same place and give me the blue screen. I think that there is just some boot file corrupted or something similar.

checkdisk, scandisk and Fixboot can sort out your problem but since you don't have booteble devices you're really out of luck.

or you can take out your hard drive, put in another pc, boot from winxp cd and go to recovery console and do the commands above.
