Blue screen SATA problem?

I recently upgrade my old 8500gt with a new gtx 260 video card it ran high end games flawlessly no overheating nothing. Last night I was playing crysis warhead max setting everything was smooth temps were cool then all of a sudden my screen goes black and i get a blue screen but before I could read it the pc rebooted. I looked it up and it said i needed to possibly upgrade my sata nforce drivers? Now I have a Asus M2NE-SLI MOBO and cannot for the love of god find nforce drivers to update. Can someone please please help me? I have not tried to play any games since then I am afraid I might ruin some components. Also I recently less then a week got an external HD via USB connection I am not sure if that would be the problem?

thank you

if u have just upgraded your graphics card and you have started 2 have this problem, then my bet is that its a driver problem. Uninstall all the nvidia drivers you can find and install all the lastest drivers, which can all b found on the nvidia website. Could also maybe a problem with crysis, make sure it has the lastest patch. This could also b caused by overclocking, so if you have overclocked anything put it back to default and see if that sorts the problem.

its odd because i never had any problems with my previous games until now. it might as well be the game doing it.
