solved my problem

Please advise me.

What to do ? My pc gets hang.blues screen apeared it says please remove previous installed software.
then PC gets restart.this happen again again.

Blues screen problem shows me from last week.
I tried system restore also.but problem not solved,so I set up xp again, but now also I m facing this problem,I can't do system restore option again now.

Please help me.This problem started when electricty gone in my house and my pc got turn off intantly .is my hard disk crashed?

Hi jaywant007,

Can you boot into safe mode? Tap F8 when your computer first boots up until you an option menu. Choose Safe Mode.

In Safe Mode, Go to Start-->Run and type in msconfig. In the Startup tab click Disable All. Then, in the Services tab, check hide all Microsoft services and click Disable All. Click OK, reboot the computer. See if that solves your problem. Remember, if you find out you've disabled something that you need to run at boot time, just open up msconfig again and check the box to re-enable it.

Let us know how that works out.

you probably installed a new device driver thats not compatible with your system,
boot safe mode then go to device manager to see if everything is ok, if theres no "red x" no"exclamtion mark !" no "i " if you see any of these signs right click the driver and select roll back or update or remove.
