hi this information is not enough you should be check your monitor of your service windier to prevent a serious harm.
 
what operating system are you running (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 etc etc)?

Have you recently made any software changes, uninstalled a program, installed a program, installed a driver, had an update?

What computer are you running?

When did this start happeneing and does it happen when you are doing something in particular, such as when you open a program, start watching a video, start playing a game etc?
 
Go to computer management > event viewer and search your logs for errors. See if you can find the one from your last blue screen. If not, clear them (perhaps every so often) until it happens again. Find the error and see if it specifies a specific file that's causing the issue.

If nothing else, try testing hardware. Run a RAM test, HD test, maybe something to stress the system as well.
 
0x19 errors are often caused by faulty, mismatched, or corrupted memory. 0x1A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT This memory management error is usually hardware related.

Run Memtest on your memory. Find the latest version and download the ISO file and burn to a CD. Place your CD/DVD drive as your first bootable. Place it in your drive and then boot-up your system. The test engages seconds once booted and takes over.

Step1 - Let it run for a LONG time. The rule is a minimum of 7 Passes; the more Passes after 7 so much the better. The only exception is if you start getting errors before 7 Passes then you can skip to Step 2.

There are 8 individual tests per Pass. Many people think once it goes through 8 tests = Pass it is simply repeating the same patterns over when actually it is not. Many will start this test before going to bed and check it the next day.

If you have errors you have corrupted memory and it needs to be replaced.

Step 2 – Because of errors you need to run this test per stick of RAM. Take out one and run the test. Then take that one out and put the other in and run the test. If you start getting errors before 7 Passes you know that stick is corrupted and you don’t need to run the test any further on that stick.
 
and now when windows loads my keyboard and mouse dont work. i can navigate BIOS but cant put my password in or anything. my other usb accessories such as my wireless adapter still have power though. please help
