Blue Screen

Hi,

My laptop has shut down because of a blue screen - one of the blue screens has happened quite a lot of the time and there is another one which has only happened once but the laptop made quite a weird noise then just shut down.

One is something like USB Error or Bug Code or something similar, which happens quite often.

The other is 'Paged Fault in an Unpaged Area', which has only happened once.

Can anyone tell me why either of these happen and how I can stop them!?

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
