What I've tried
Updating / Reinstalling drivers.
Replaced the HDD entirely and added an SSD (May rule out software problems / viruses, since it's happening on a fresh drive)
Crying in the corner.
Extra Info
The crashes only occur when playing games. It has yet to crash while I'm just running my browser for Facebook and whatnot.
The games it has crashed on are World of Warcraft, 7 Days to Die, Smite, and Counter Strike: Global Offensive.
