Recently i have fitted a graphics card so i can run duel screen, its nothing special, just a basic thing (unsure if its related or not)

Anyway my internet keeps cutting out and tried the 'diagnose now' selection and got a blue screen and forced windows shutdown the log on boot up is as follows, any ideas?

I've tried re-installing the driver for the wifi dongle assuming it was that, it worked for about an hour then dropped again, (usually only lasts about 10-15 mins then drops)

id say RAM, if its crashing random programs, and blue screening then this is most likely the cause.

if you have more than 2 installed its best to run the pc to test 1 stick at a time.

download this:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Memory-Tweak/MemTest.shtml

leave it running if possible with ALL ram in, bad Ram should give errors pretty much within a few seconds but if not leave it running for a few hours if possible.

you can only run 2048mb at a time so if you have say 8gb open four memtest programs and allocate 2048mb to each test. this will stress test the ram and if its faulty give pretty much immediate errors.

overall if you get errors take all RAM out and insert 1 stick into the front slot, closest to the cpu. run the test again, if faulty remove, try another stick, and do this for all the RAM you have installed.

Best also to try a known working stick also. RAM problems is the most likely as my pc was the same, but try what ive suggested first and if you find nothing then start looking at other parts.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
