Bluetooth adapter and Vista problem

I bought a Kingston Bluetooth 2.0 USB adapter today but can not get the driver to install. Vista didn't have a driver and the one that came with the adapter only works for XP, so I downloaded the latest one from the Kingston website which say it works for Vista, but every time I get an error message saying it failed to install. I also tried disabling device driver signing and running the install as an admin, but no luck.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did you fix it?
 
I may end up having to if I can't get it to work, but I dont see why the bluetooth software update wont work.

Does anyone know or have any bluetooth adapters that work well with Vista?
