Bluetooth does not working anymore

Go into device manager, right click on that one entry under altri dispositivi and click on update driver, direct the update to the folder C:\drivers, it should then install the driver.

Yes i download the correct driver.... I dont have no friends good at computers... I hoped to not go again in the service and let the computer over there for months... But will be the last solution...

None of that helps. When they reinstalled windows, did they make sure all the drivers were installed correctly? Doesn't seem like it.

I talk with the service and they want my laptop again in the service... I don't want to give to them again my laptop for other two months... So i try and try to resolve my problem by myself...

For a local computer repair service, they should only have it a max of 2 days to figure out what is wrong, most should tell you within a day. If you have to send it to someone for service, then find someone closer. You have probably already spent more than double what the laptop is worth.
