Bluetooth Headset Issue

I bought a bluetooth dongle so I could use my Motorola H550 for Counter-Strike and TF2. I got to where I thought it was set up, says its connected in my bluetooth menu, set to use my bluetooth as default headset. When I try to test it, it reads my voice or says that it does but no one else can hear it in the game. Also, when I tried to use it to set up voice recognition, Windows says it cant hear it but it displays that noise is being made when I speak in the little sound bar.
 
I have windows Vista. I wanted to note that when I turn the headset on, it links up to my computer immediatly. Dont know if that helps or not.
 
Hmm..., have you tried any other programs like Skype or something that uses VOIP with the headset? This could be a Vista issue. I'm not familiar with the H550, how old is it?
