Bluetooth microphone?

So I was reading this thread: http://www.computerforum.com/231858-bluetooth-headphones.html#post1949883

and I got to thinking that I could use a Bluetooth microphone for teamspeak, Skype, etc. I don't need anything fancy. What I need is a USB Bluetooth adapter and a microphone. Whould a basic Bluetooth cell phone ear piece work with a Bluetooth USB adapter providing they use the same profile version?

What should I be looking for? I would mostly use it for my laptop which is a Dell Precision M6300. The other Precision M6300 I bought for my Bro has a built in Bluetooth card. But my Precision M6300 doesn't. So I was wondering if I should buy the Bluetooth card and install that or just get a Bluetooth USB adapter?

TIA.

EDIT- Here's the Bluetooth card and I looked at the driver and it says 2.0. so is that the Bluetooth profile? 2.0? The driver also says "with EDR." What is EDR? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Truemo...luetooth_Adapters_Dongles&hash=item43adf35170

EDIT 2- Found my answer on EDR. http://whatis.techtarget.com/definition/Bluetooth-20EDR

EDIT 3- Well scratch the internal Bluetooth option. I just checked the compartment under the laptop and I thought the Bluetooth card was in there, but that's just the WLAN and modem cards. So the Bluetooth card must be inside the computer which I don't want to mess with. I've opened a laptop before, but it's just a PITA and I don't want to mess with it. So I am looking for a USB Bluetooth adapter and microphone.

If you want really good sound get proper bluetooth headphones, if you want a light simple headset, jabra or plantronics are good.

I have the plantronics m25, not only does it play voice communication, but can play music from my phone or pc
