am soo pissed off now, so im trying to connect a sony ericsson mobile to my thinkpad.
However when i try to configure the laptop to "File transfer" i can connect to the mobile but the mobile asks for a Passcode ...what f**king passcode is that ?:mad:
tell me :confused:, on my latop there's 2 accounts, admin and me, both using the same password.

what passcode is this mobile asking ?
cause ive tried putting administrator password and it don't work.

damn it and to top ot off, there's no infrared on that stinking mobile
 
tried, not working, not even 1234..this is some f**ked up shit men better chill before i blow off

edit : when i entered 1234 on both (laptop & mob) ,mobile says "laptop added to list" then hits me back with "bluetooth communication error"
 
well im kinda sure that its gotta do sumthin with 0's. anyways, try disabling your passkey from the bluetooth transfer

for that go to start->programs->accessories->Bluetooth File Transfer wizard and click next, then uncheck "Use Passkey"...

good, i unticked "secure connection", nice, now to get to work :o

the passkey is not a set number, it's a number that one device chooses then you put that in on the other device, most people use 0000 for that. It's so you can't just send random things to random people, they have to know the passkey to accept
