Hmmm, well, you might want to get the ASUS one then. You'll get better gaming performance with the ASUS motherboard than you will with the Intel one.
Overclocking (in general) is where you push a computer component past it's operating speed at retail. For example, if you overclock a CPU, you increase it's clock frequency, thus making it faster. However, the more you overclock, the less stable your computer works.
And so, as you may be able to tell, you need a good motherboard to overclock your components stably. This is why the ASUS is a good choice for overclocking, but not the best one, if you solely want to overclock.
