no it says that the only way to do it is throught the BIOS....but the screen shot was of the defaul BIOS.....there were two jumper settings that had to do with the BIOS settings, and one was to flash it and the other one was to dissable any sort of change in the BIOS settings....either way my computer will not POST so im thinkin that the CPU is faulty...im just gonna go with this one
