Can someone tell me if I understand the Boot.ini File as far as this Line?

Boot Loader.
Timeout=30
This Line is just how Long the Boot Menu will stall on screen in sec.


default=multi[0]disk[0]rdisk[0]partition[1]\Windows

default=multi[0] is the IDE Controler number
disk[0] is the Hard Drive number

rdisk[0] what is this??

Please tell me if everything is right and what I sould know

My understanding:
rdisk(x) is used for SCSI disks, not so much IDE, so with IDE it will be rdisk(0). On a SCSI system this will be your SCSI ID number.
