Boot issues

I have a toshiba laptop. I forgot I had a blank DVD in the tray and restarted the computer... Now I cannot load windows any ideas? Anything at all is much appreciated. Thanks!

restarting with a blank dvd in shouldn`t really cause a problem, have you checked in the bios and see that you hard drive is the first boot device ?

As said a blank dvd should not be causing the computer not to boot unless there was an issue with the dvd where the drive keeps trying to read and it doesn't actually boot. Remove the dvd and you should be fine.
