Boot Loader Issue

Here is my HDD configuration.
90GB SSD - Windows 7 Boot Drive
750Gb HDD - Data Drive(No OS or Boot loader or nothing important)
250GB HDD - Ubuntu 10.04

Ok So I had Windows 7 Installed on my SSD first then I installed Ubuntu 10.04 on my 250GB HDD but GRUB was installed on the 90GB SSD.
Then today I did a clean windows 7 install on the 90GB SSD thus losing the GRUB boot loader. So my question is how do I install a new bootloader or how do I access Ubuntu 10.04.

Install it with this via a live cd/usb

I made a Ubuntu 11.10 Live USB and then upgraded my previous OS. Problem solved.

When you install Ubuntu, it will automatically install the GRUB bootloader
