Hey guys (and ladies),
I have an old PC running as file server (WHS). This week I added a 3Tb SATA drive and all booted fine. HDD was found and added in the server storage.
Moved some files over, next day all was still ok.
But on the 3rd day the PC won't boot and keeps hanging on the "brand"-screen.
It does start, gives the 1 ping but then the DFI screen ("brand") comes on and it won't boot. It wont let me in the BIOS as well. Drive is not making any unhealthy sounds.
Disconnected the 3Tb HDD and all boots ok (as system runs from other drive). Changed the SATA cable, no result. Changed SATA port, no result.
ANY ideas????
