In Windows 10, how can I boot from a DVD?

On some computer you will see where it says press whatever to choose boot drive on startup. If not just go into the bios and change first boot device.

Yeah some boards bios when you boot the first screen will have it at the top or bottom, will say something like press F what ever for boot menu
