Booting Xp(Keyboard isn't responding)

So I'm installing XP onto one of my computers.
When I put in the boot disk and turn it on, I get to the spot where I have to press a key to boot from the CD.
I press a key, but it doesnt recognize that I did.

I know the keyboard works because I can get into the BIOS just fine.

What version of Windows you want to install,and what entrance you use for your keyboard...PS/2 or USB?

If it's a usb keyboard go into the bios and make sure that legacy usb (usb keyboard) is enabled.

Check whether your OS CD/DVD is corrupted or not.System hang due to corrupt CD may also cause this problem.
